Titchmarsh Marina

I have vague memories of having been there by road once, but other than that I know nothing. Anyone currently/previously stayed there ?.
If so, what's it like as a mooring location ?, looking at it, it seems to be a relatively short trip to open water, but is it a marina which dries at low tide, or what's access like if not ?.
I know some decry locks as they restrict access, but there are good and bad points to that

I like it and the people who run it make you welcome. it is a different world to the Orwell. If I did not have a mooring on the Deben then I would go there, in fact if I decide to go into a marina berth rather than a swinging mooring that is where I would probably go.
