Those strops look a bit shot!

In fact that Wise is a pussy wagon never getting its feet wet ~ in our club I have to drive the Wise into the water to recover the boat ~ and yes I tell the members to remove all the fenders because they get caught on the strops.

No it’s only the anti abrasion covers that are a bit tatty, not the actual strops. If this wise got it’s feet wet they would have to start maintaining it, not leaving it until it breaks down! Bigwow will not fit through the hole with the fender out,
