Tidal Streams in the Solent

Does anyone know of a web site that will show tidal streams in the Solent? I can find plenty of info on tidal heights but nothing regarding direction, I have an Almanac but I have left it at home and am sailing straight from work tonite!

Then choose tides menu at the top, then tidal streams.


I'm in Japan just now, so its already Friday evening (not that that means work stops :-(!!!), and typhoon etau is on its way here tonight so I'm glad I'm not doing anything with boats.

Current Floods East from HW +5 Porstmouth and ebbs west from HW -1.

Springs HW is always around 11.00GMT. HW today is around 07.30 so about halfway.
