Tidal stream information

I'm a user of the excellent UK hydrographic office tidal predicion program SHM. This uses tidal constants manually entered from the Admiralty Tide Tables and predicts tide heights. It also has a facility for prediction tidal streams, given the right constants. Anyone know where I can get ot buy these tidal stream constants for the West Coast of Scotland?
