Going to Antigua on Wednesday but I'm finding conflicting information on tidal heights. Generally cruising guides refer to 0.6 metre tidal range. Just looking at tide times for next 7 days indicates much less than that so perhaps that is for Equinox/Springs. Also, the pilotage notes by D M Street attached to Imray Antigua chart refers to the Caribbean being 0.4m to 0.6m lower in may, June, July and early August. Would that already be reflected in published tidal heights - surely doesn't mean charted depths should be reduced by 0.4-0.6m?
Also, can't find anything on strength of stream so can't judge how far they ad to/subtract from wind driven westerly current.

There is a sort-of rule for W-ly E-ly direction cycles, relating them to local meridian moon transit time, I searched my notes but could not find it I am sure it can be found somewhere in the internet.
The farther west one goes in the Caribbean, M2 (lunar semidiurnal) component strongly decreases and tides tend to be diurnal and even smaller.

Just ignore it. There's not enough to worry about.
Just spent three months there kitesurfing. Never more than two feet of tidal range. Since we all seem to anchor in 5 to 7 metres it's not something you need to think about generally.
The only place where you might get a problem is Jolly Harbour. The anchorage is shallow. With our 7'2" draft we often anchor there with less than a metre under the boat. With a 600mm range you can be close to the bottom.

Yes, it is quite shallow there. I scraped the bottom a couple of times going in and out.
