I like glass bottles, the lids screwed to the underneath of a shelf, so you can see what's in them and just unscrew the one you want. It also leaves more room for clutter on the bench.

If Poignard’s tins come from the time he was in the 6th form then he should take them to the Antiques Roadshow ?

There's very little original thought. I saw it somewhere, and I am sure the Readers Digest did so as well

I got rid of glass bottles and use plastic now. Far less unpetting when you drop one.
