What is the latest installment of the story? Anyone know if he has found a safe berth somewhere after his meeting with the lock gates? Can there be a happy end to this story please.

I too have been wondering what happened to him after the lock gate incident. Wonder if there is anyone local to the area who has seen the ark around? I don't see that it could have managed to get too far away without a source of propulsion.
