Who is at fault ? should the lines going to shore have buoys / different color ? And what was in the mind of the captain to pass between the other boat and the land ? Questions ....

That was a long way out to have lines ashore.
Are we sure of this or did the white boat just have kedge anchors out.
And was this a proper anchorage - all seems a bit strange.
Either way, blame must be in the direction of the bigger boat's captain.

I believe this happened last week in Yalıkavak close to Bodrum. Different stories around including that they lost all power. I didn't pay much attention to be honest.

Report with video of the 60m Lurssen super yacht Ice hitting 31m superyacht A,Mey in Yalıkavak, Turkey. There seems to be a long line from the stern of A,Mey to shore and Ice hit the stern. The sound of the crash is nasty.
