I'm looking to use thickened epoxy on a number of tasks - including bedding of teak cappings , levelling depressions, and cove joints. I'd very much like to use some form of applicator gun similar to that used for silicone bonding products, reusing the cleaned barrels. Also, using large medical syringes for inserting into drilled holes.

I mix 2-part in recommended Mixing Cups. Does anyone have any clever ideas on how to load the thickened epoxy into such 'applicators'? Anyone used 'icing bags' such as this?

We use icing bags for all our thickened epoxy (unless you have large areas to cover when it is just dumped and spread with a comb). The trick is to get the twist at the top rather than just trying to squeeze the sides.
