They dont make em like this anymore.

Why would it be crude if it's a converted MFV? Some of the older MFVs had beautiful lines. (Speaking as an ex owner).
Yes there are some lovely wooden MFV’s, which were great for their original purpose. And can be converted into spacious motor yachts.

But an MFV hull is not optimised to be a sailing yacht.
And the boat in the picture seems to have a very odd rig - not clear of has a fore-and-aft rigged mainsail, but mizzen looks excessively far aft. And as for the hen coup on deck ……. :-)

That's not a hen coup it's the toilet block. They couldn't get planning permission for granny annex.
