OK wind;
Too much wind.

No, suitable for anyone I would think.

Even you poor souls confined to mobos would presumably sometimes appreciate a gentle breeze to waft your cigar smoke away, cool your fevered brow in baking temperatures, or just make the sea look sparkly, and have a limit where it gets too uncomfortably or scary rough to want to be out in it.

Except, again, thenDouglas scale is for SEA STATE not WIND.

Can get big swell even with calm winds, if there has been a storm recently for example.
