RCC is charging 91p at the moment on "red". Fuel purchased long before any price drop. Can see no reason if tax rates have remained the same ,why "white" cannot be supplied at same price .
I imagine that price is at 60:40. My current 1500 litres works out around 93p per litre at 60:40. The base price of red is around 60-63p per litre at the moment, which includes the lower 'heating' duty of around 11ppl and VAT @ 5%. To this you have to add an additional circa 48ppl to 60% of the fuel sold to get to your 60:40 price, or to the whole lot to get your full duty paid price.
