Returning to the Ops original question which revolves around the acceptance there’s little choice above 38 ft to say 60 ft ....therefore they must be ok .
Thats not the impression I get at boat shows abroad .
Those in the market for a brand new boat should visit Cannes and better still Genoa .The Italians still produce plenty of shaft drive boats @ all sizes .
An example , but many other smaller family/ owners builders .
