Thanks for your reply.

I don't use paypal - a failure in their internal security enabled a third party to make fraudulent use of my debit card in December 2007.

If you wish you can either send me a cheque, or make a payment straight onto my account. In either case I will post the book to you as soon as the money has cleared, and email you when I’ve done that.
