Had a look at the album - lovely photos, Nick.

Just one thing though. This is a bit indelicate, but how do you let someone know that their rear end needs a wee wipe?

'blowing 5 over the beam' sounds like something wee Jimi & Para could do in concert. Sorry abt the greenhouse gag. I have scraped ice off my car's windscreen in Oban in June, so I know there is sense in keeping sailing as an indoor sport up there.

This was one of my favourite (sailing) moments from the whole cruise when the three boats came into Drumbuie under sail and anchored in the silence (apart from the oaths and curses drifting over the water from the patio). Note Avilion in the background, leading the way again. Did anyone take any pics of Avilion playing chicken with the bulk carrier off Tobermory?

Obviously I thoroughly enjoyed F6 on the nose in the Sound of Mull as well but we were too busy hanging on to take any happy snaps.

Re: A ColRegs poser . . .

This vessel apparently carries stone from the superquarry at Glen Sanda, and DaveS reckons it has a phenomenally deep draught. Amazingly, less wash than from a RIB or a Mobo.

As for the bulk carrier.......
