The final leg of the delivery

I can see Aida on the ships list, but not on the map, and not in the drop-down list on the search box on the map page ... any pointers on how to find her please?

Cheers

Sorry for the delay in replying but have been out all day. Just got back in to check on progress.

I'm using Chrome as my browser. On the main screen entered Aida in ship's name and and got the drop down list of possible matches. Chose Aida Fi and the map came up centred on her with details of progress. Clicked to turn track on and in business.

This is the latest screenshot I've just taken showing progress, the purple track heading East.
What a great passage Scubaman is going.

Guess you must have pretty well 20 hours of daylight up there at the moment so no worries about getting in during daylight hours!!

Nice leg

Very interesting thread to follow here in Finland. It has been very foggy in the evening and tomorrow the wind is rising. Good luck you are almost in Kotka.

congrats, first leg completed seemingly OK.

I guess AIDA now is part of a dozen or so fleets :D
so how many miles in total and how many litres of diesel

looking forward to the second installment tomorrow

cheers

Woohoo, twelwe hours at sea and we've made it to Kotka! Everything has worked fine so far.

The fog has been slowing our progress at times but no problems otherwise. Had a few close calls along the way but no contact :)

Pics are all grey unfortunately...

Now for a steak and a pint!

Thank you for following and for the good wishes!

To be continued :)

Covered 194 miles with an average speed of 15 knots. Had to slow down on a couple of occations to go through some tricky parts. It also started raining quite heavily on the last stretches so had to helm from below and put the canopies up. So no problems.

F7 forecasted for tomorrow :(

Today a lot clearer but quite windy. Plan is to go the border contron at Santio and see what the conditions look like. Wind should turn to north later which would be good for us.
