Let's forget about all this crap about tools and spares, let's consider the important issues. So what do you have as totally necessary liquid refreshments on board.
Most of you doubtless have a huge drinks cabinet whereas I have a fridge, a few lockers and a pile of cans that I have to negotiate to get into the galley.
So my essential supplies would be several cases of beer/lager, as many bottles of assorted wine as i can stow and at the moment 2 bottles of gin (+ tonic and lemons etc) and possibly a few cans of cider for a diving buddy.
Now that lot would possibly last for a weekend or two, depending on who I happen to bump into, but I do like to be reasonably self sufficient in the booze department, hate to be caught out by not being able to get ashore.
From what I have seen of fellow boaters my stocks are relatively conservative. So what goodies do you normally carry? (And please no sanctimonious twaddle about not drinking and boating, this is meant to be light hearted).
