I was at the boat the other day trying to finish off the installation of my new engine into Stakkr. Well, it was just such a nice day that I was lured into a "Bu55er it, let's just go sailing" mode, and simply rigged up and let go for a jolly in the Beauly Firth. I'd been working on the boat so much that the idea of just going sailing was becoming a remote thought, and the boat was becoming a chore. Are others of this parish guilty of forgetting the real reason that we have the boats we have?
I rang my wife and told her where I was, which led her to going to North Kessock and getting this picture; good woman that!
