Was there a couple of weeks ago, usually went to The Mariner Hotel, as you pay your pontoon fee there. Great wee pub, good choice of real ales, real fire, and superb food. The seafood chowder was delicious. We had a two course meal, bottle of white, and about 6 pints and taliskers for under £40 each.
By comparison, The Mariner is like an old folks home with food to match.
