Oh hang on, I remember now. As soon as everyone left on Monday night the clouds parted and sunshine was the order of the day. In fact at anchor in Alum Bay on Thursday we really caught the sun. Face and arms are still a bit sore - like you all care
Sun streaming through the saloon window as I watch a couple of cruise ships returning past the Bramble Bank en route to turfing out their cargo in readiness for some fresh souls in the afternoon.
To be fair there is a slight build up of cloud starting - but of course, it's the weekend. We managed to re-arrange things to stay down for the week and it has been stunning.
I'm sensing a slight hostility from you all now so I shall get my shorts and depart.......
