.....for your help in Yarmouth today. A combination of F5 wind and tide was making berthing a bit difficult, and the sight of our very own Powerskipper on the pontoon ready to take the lines was soothing!! Hope the cup of tea was recompense enough, though the Sea Ray shaped gouge in our gelcoat from the next to try to berth was a bit annoying!!

It was good to meet you.

Cheers

Oh dear Mike gelcoat repairs already??

'Fraid so - nothing much, an inch long fairly deep gouge. It was difficult, and the oldish guy at the helm froze at the controls. He also managed to hit the yacht moored behind us before an army of pontoon helpers pulled him alongside.

Bit annoying, but soon fixed. Incidentally, we are very pleased with the S48, great seakeeping, very soft ride in a nasty head sea. Beam on, doesn't even move - after our last boat, it's a revelation!!

Thanks, and your welcome, It was great to meet you and you handled her very well, comeing in, Thank you for the cuppa, sorry could not stay longer but work gets in the way LOL. I hope you had a good night , not to rocky.
The Sea Ray guy had a steep learning curve then, but we all got him in safe and with no more damage , other than bent pride, even with a lady giving the orders. LOL

Hope to see you again.
