I think I've decided against Abingdon this week, 3 weeks was far too long in 2007!

And two weeks holiday on the boat starting Monday 16 July.

Ditto but we decided to cancel ours and hope for better weather before the end of the season. Then got an unexpected call for a knee op so would have needed to cancel trip anyway!

EA Update at 12:55
River flows are increasing in the upper reaches. We are now displaying a few yellow caution stream increasing warning boards in the upper reaches. The weather outlook is for showers.

Yellows at Godstow to Osney and Iffley to Clifton.

Shifford, Godstow & Culham Red

All rest Yellows Increasing except Boveney to Penton Hook and Shepperton to Teddington

A boat which was blocking two arches (not centre) at Wallingford has been removed.

Marlow to COOKHAM is on Reds although EA site does not show it.

Just been updated again. Whole of Thames on either Red or Yellow boards! Check your local areas.

And there are more reds not yet showing - friends just got back to Bray from Cookham and reds following them down. Also Apollo reported Marlow to Cookham red.

They should have Orange Boards to show Yellow on verge of turning Red. Lol.

Me, oh here and there, bobbin' and weavin', duckin' and divin', well.........

sometimes coxing the Walbrook Novice 8 or 4 through your lock, (always grateful for your help and assistance); at Petersham & Ham Sea Scouts, kayaking or 'RIBbing'; Hampton, kayaking with their Sea Scouts; supporting & taking photographs at Kingston Regatta yesterday or even coxing or rowing at races on the Tideway, for miles and miles and miles.........oh, and of course, enjoying more leisurely boating at & with Bray.
