Yeah, that's because he pays **all for his water and when there's a lot of it around he won't take it 'cos it's a bit mucky......

Some Yellows back

EA River Conditions notice at lunch time today:
River flows are increasing in the upper reaches. We are now displaying a few yellow caution stream increasing warning boards in the upper reaches. The weather outlook is for showers.

Yellow "Stream Increasing" boards are out from Iffley down to Clifton.
 
Accuweather forecast for Windsor for rest of July - 17 days out of 24 with rain.
