Just lifted the tender out after about six months in the water. The growth on the bottom was amazing, i can clean it off ok but whats the best way to stop it coming back.

Prime with Inflatable Boat Paint and then antifoul? There used to be an inflatable boat antifouling but I cant get it anymore. Personally I would take the boat out of the water when its not being used as it will be doing the fabric and glue no good at all.

Get the "Westmarine" catalogue from the USA there are loads of Inflatable antifoulings in there.

I have to ask, I just have to,

why do you leave it in the water for six months?

I nearly put a note on the end of the post, as I knew someone would say leave it out of the water. The reason it is in the water all the time is that is used nearly every day and its too big to go on deck.
I was thinking about inflatable boat antifoul paint, its just that i've never seen any, i suppose normal antifoul paint will drop off.
