I plan to leave my tender on my davits. As I have only just fitted the davits there are a number of tender on davit things I need to get sorted in my head. Obviously when under weigh I need to ensure that the tender does not fill up with 1/2 ton of water etc but my query is about leaving and covering it so that only a little rain water leaks in. I am trying to visualise a cover for a inflatable that allows it to be suspended but the lines suspending the tender do not create a path for rainwater to enter the tender. I will leave out the bung but I wouold like to minimise the water ingress. I could arrange the attachment points low down on the outside of the transom and use the bow d ring as te front attachment and then an elasticated or lashed cover. I am sure to be trying to re-invent the wheel here so how do others resolve this. Thanks as usual for any suggestions.
