What's best to repair a tender floor that's come away from the side tubes??

I had my transom start to come away from the tube and repaired by glueing pvc to both using two part brush on adhesive. That must be 3 years ago at least and it is still holding. I painted it with plc paint which I also applied to the outer of the base which made a huge difference insofar as the tender is now dry!

If you are looking for some Polymarine white PVC paint I bought two cans for my RIB which after I properly cleaned I realised I didn't need.

Was over £100 for the two cans. If someone gives me £50 I will put a £10 of that in the Hamble Lifeboat tin.
