Still looking for a cheap tender, mainly for my 11 yr old to row about. Seen a
Wetline 2.4m advertised by Discountsailing.com £299 (looks ok not sure if still available)
XM 2.3m also Discountsailing.com £299 (looks a bit naff but could just be the pic)
Plastomo2.4m (light) Marine superstore £332 (looks nice)
Anyone have any experience of the above. Which one to buy. Any other suggestions.

I Ian,

I got a Suzuma 230 with Airfloor from what was robsons (Now maiden marine by the ferry). Very happy with it and after 4 years no problems.

Good luck with the search,

Paul

Thanks Paul
I looked there last week, not many in and there a tad expensive for my requirments. The wife got some nice deckshoes though. I ordered a wetline 2.4m from discountsailing.com £299 incl vat and delivery ordered 2pm yesterday arrived at my office 10am this morning. Damned good service I reckon. I am about to leave the office and will pump it up after to check it and have a play, I will report back on quality etc. By the way my new canopy is being fitted this week, have you got sorted yet ? Come and find me if next time your around and have a look.
regards - Ian

You are going to get her an outboard, she cant be the only one in the marina having to row, isn't that classed as child abuse these days??!!

Are you looking for a canoe as well?? you need to keep up with the neighbours??

Yes I am eventually but I think I have spent enough lately, new canopies, new tenders etc. /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif
Well I unpacked my new Wetline 2.4m last night and blew it up just to check everythings ok. And the report is - Very impressed with it so far looks to be excellent quality for £299 not much different to a Zodiac cadet I had a few years ago. Discountsailing.com were an excellent company to deal with as previously stated delivered by 10am next day, I can definetly reccomend them, and if anyone is looking for a cheap tender this is it.
