Does anyone know of anything similar to this in the UK? This one seems only to be available in the USA.

Thanks both for the suggestion. I'm really after something removable with hooks to go over the gunwale rather than a ladder that involves permanent fixing (the boat has a counter stern with a transom-hung rudder so I can't easily put anything there, making the only option to leave it fixed on a side deck - not terribly practical). It looks as if that one could be modified, but that's something I was hoping to avoid...!

Thanks. I have something similar made by Trem which is broken and needs replacement (or a small spare part from Italy at higher cost than buying new). But it isn't ideal; it has 3 steps, which makes it fine for getting from the pontoon to the boat (not terribly relevant because all our crew are mobile enough to hop onto the boat without a ladder), but it is too short to be any use as a swim ladder. And the lockers aren't big enough for anything with more rungs unless it is foldable or collapsable. If all else fails I'll get another one like these and tie a rope ladder to the bottom for swimming.

The Batsystem is very smart but rather more than I hoped to spend! And I don't think I would work terribly well with a yacht rather than a RIB (no supports to hold it off the topsides, for example).
