a question: how did you go about the heating and bending job on photo 14. Can you explain i bit more pls?

Tape one end down with duct tape, heat with heat gun (hot air) and pull to stretch. As you pull, bend it so only the outside stretches. Do a few inches at a time, and tape it as soon as you have done it...
