Hi I'm doing a powerboat level 2 course next week and have an unusual situation due to my anxiety I always carry my Tiger teddy bear with me which helps me and essential to having the self confidence when doing stuff and going out I will be contacting the training centre but need a bag etc to keep him dry while out on the water in a RIB on my own Motor Cruiser it's fairly easy but A RIB is a bit more exposed

I think winne the poo wore a sou’wester and long waterproof coat and boots, seemed happy🙂

I thought it was Christopher Robin who wore the Sou’wester, you could try and look for Yellowstone Waterproof Pouches, they come in a 3pack of varying sizes, but the large one 33x27 cm in the pack may still not be big enough for for Tiger. I don’t know if they do larger pouches., but try your local camping shops.

" keep him dry while out on the water "

Bah! Salt spray will do him good..Look at my shipmate, you would never believe he's a Polar Bear would you? That's sun tan you see there, many years before the mast has MacBear. Even though he's waving a spanner about don't be fooled, he'd be no use on a MoBo and just a word of advice, tell your Course Instructor to be very careful about saying things like 'Bear away' or 'Bearings' as it can cause problems. I was coming alonsgside in a Marina once and a lady on the pontoon offered to help with a mooring rope, she shouted ' I'll grab the bare end'.. Well! my shipmate got very excited..

I'd have expected him to be very capable with bearings!
