Why go to all this trouble trying to keep your boats in "as new" condition?
Externally used teak is naturally a silvery grey colour. You can obtain this effect by doing absolutely nothing. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
Then just prior to resale you scrub it all with a normal scrubbing brush - ensuring you go across the grain - and hey presto you have got the finish that buyers mistakenly expect /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
