Hello,
The teak decks on my Azimut 43 are showing wear, the previous owner used a Karcher on them at least once! The visible teak edging is 8mm thick, but I am unsure whether the main planking is solid or plywood. The main concern is that the rubber strips are protruding up to 1mm above the wood and I wonder if this increases the risk of them pulling out. Perhaps careful sanding would bring the rubber down level with the teak, while removing the minimum of the wood.
Any comments would be most appreciated.
