TDME-327 inboards from china?

Hi i was looking through inboard engines. Does anyone know haw good the TDME-327 inboard engines are from china?

Apparently there are different grades of Chinese goods nowadays, basically rubbish for home consumption, fair for 2nd world countries, and good for 1st world countries. However the differences between the gradings are becoming a lot smaller.
To be honest, considering that about 90% (EDIT guesstimate ENDEDIT) of electronic goods nowadays are made in China I would have very few qualms about buying goods from there.
It's just sad that very often home manufactured goods aren't available to purchase even if you would prefer to support native industries.
