Talamex dinghies

Hello all, I am thinking about one of these as a replacement of my old Plastimo and wondered if anyone had any experience of Talamex dinghies? Bit pricier than some but look well made and good quality.

I have no experience of talamex tenders, but i have bought general chandlery and stainless fittings of theirs and been happy with the quality for the price point. I had thought that they mostly bought in and rebadged most of their products, but they have gone to the trouble of creating a website for their tenders aside from their general chandlery, so they are showing some commercial priority in them.
Talamex are owned by the Brunswick marine corp, the name behind the Mercury motors and Quicksilver brands.

A couple of friends have them, both 2.7m with ally floors. They seem happy with them and they look well built from what I've seen.

Thanks Graham, I'll maybe give one a go. Pirate's Cave have some on offer at the moment, I'll check with them re delivery.
