There are some lovely images there the one 14 secs from the end of the yellow seahorse with it's tail wrapped around something and the azure blue background...Beautiful

Yes, it is ...Beautiful. It is an image that would tug on the heart strings if a person was told they were endangered by irresponsible boaters.
It seems their seahorses can exist quite happily within one of the busiest harbours - busy 365 days a year - but ours are 'anchor shy'....allegedly.
