SW Sunk Sands Crossing

It's a Habitent - we are inHabitents. Appears v flimsy but is modern tent fabric so I guess it can survive the North Face of the Eiger if required.
Still in BYH with harbour rot setting in. Thinking it would be better to be stuck here tomorrow in carp weather than in Fambridge, but getting fidgety nonetheless. Perhaps a dash up and down and back this afternoon. Pal we have come over with is anxious for me to wind winches on his 336.

Good SHip Full Circle will be in Fambridge tomorrow, but dinner in Ferry Boat is a booked event with Roach Sailing Assoc.

Would be delighted to see you again and have a wee dram....

As Roger says, a few curries a year. Had one of them last night in The Polash in Burnham, not been there before, we thought it really good. Bogof on main courses too.
Oh, Fred Drift, sorry...

That would be good. Just wondering whether or not to shift to Fambridge for Sat night. Would want to come back down river tomoro as going home Monday, but the IWF for Sunday looks grim, unlike the pressure charts from which it was presumably derived which don't look too bad at all!

Looks like a v blustery evening this evening (and wet - eek) and then easing tomorrow (if you believe that). But it looks set very nice for going home Monday!

Just been for another blast down to Shore Ends and back to BYH. Gusting 30 knots now. Impressed by a fleet of Oppies racing downriver of RCYC tearing round with no apparent problems at all. Sorry Mr. F-C, no Fambridge, will take a rain check on that snifter.
