Suzuki DF2.5 spare parts

Having serviced my 6 year old Suzuki, I tried running it in a bin half full of water. The engine starts and runs well, but I can't get the prop to drive, I normally run it on tick-over for a few seconds to ensure its all work and hope it doesn't throw too much water out of the bin.

However, this time the prop didn't turn.

I've striped the lower unit down and it looks like the dog and clutch mechanism is worn and it's slipping, so I guess I need a new Clutch Dog and Gear.

I can find the Clutch Dog, Suzuki partnumber 57621-97J01 on line, but I can't find the gear wheel (it part of the bevel gear and has the drive plate for the dog machined into it face).

There are three part numbers the gear in the manual:

57511-97J00 Gear, Forward
57510-97J00 Gear, Forward
57510-97J01 Gear, Forward

and I can't find anyone selling it online.

Anyone got any ideas about where I can buy the spares to repair the outboard?

I buy my Suzuki 2.5 spares from TL Harvey. Really good service usually get parts within a week. The clutch dog is cheap the gear isnt!!! .These clutch issues were the bain of my life so much so I leave them alone now. If I was you I would just buy a clutch dog. They are a lot softer than the gear and you may get away with it
