Hi

The buyers of our old boat used a Mr Steve Turner - 01752 823539
I found him to be a nice and helpful person with a realistic veiw of the boat.

I would reccomend Tony Head of Ahead Yacht surveys. Having said that I have just used James Green for a survey and he surveyed my old boat for the new owner. (I would have used Tony, but he was not able to get access in the timescale needed). Ron Greet is good for traditional craft. Richerd Ayers is good but tends to be expensive. If you want the telephone numbers, try yellow pages or pm me. Tony is a local RNSA member, ex Captain RN, and is sound through and through. I believe that James served his 'surveying apprenticeship' with Tony Head. I have no inside interest in any of the above, but have known/used/worked with them all.

Have you tried Brian Buglehole? He wa able to carry out a survey for me quite quickly while others were asking at least 3 weeks notice.
