Surveyor in Barcelona?

Can anyone recommend a surveyor in Barcelona...ideally a cheap blind one

I have used David Danbey who worked out about 400 Euros cheaper than the other Brit, Roland Perry. Everyone I've spoken to uses David. He can be a little picky and he spotted a couple of things I didn't but he also missed a couple of things that I knew about. I used him for the pre-purchase survey in 2011 and also for the insurance survey in 2022.

Wait one and I'll dig out the invoice.

I can't find the invoice but the quote was £775 GBP including travel to Empuriabrava which I would imagine would account for £200+. Insurance wanted a valuation and he charged about £100 for that. Expensive I thought but Roland Perry quoted about €1150 IIRC.

That's expensive...I'll bet I could get a surveyor from. Cork to go there and put him in a nice hotel for less..
