Hoping for a good report and demo run.
Very - I like the boat and for the initial but brief part of the sea trial she handled impeccably. And this is my third attempt this year !Oh no, that isn’t good!
Are you minded to see if things can be resolved to your satisfaction?

I have insisted the vendor needs to fix the critical issues (all non declared, all fixable), and he might need to replace the port turbo charger, but I can live with a few minors on a 30 year old boat.
shouldn't be that difficult tbh Trevor.A couple of issues which hopefully we can resolve without too much fuss, but we did have to curtail the sea trial for the key issue (below).
Smoke and strong burning smell which upon checking was from the rear of the port engine.
Can anyone explain why oil should be dribbling from the turbo manifold gaskets (NB hot / exhaust side, not air side) this was landing on the hot manifold, hence the smoke & fumes. My concern is the turbo oil seal has blown.
