Depends on the type of superglue.

Warm/hot water works on the domestic stuff, but if it is an industrial formulation then you might need to read the packaging.

Had a lad rub his eyelid with a tiny amount of glue on it, I spent hours in A&E for them to get that sorted - I suspect he fancied the nurse.

Depends what it’s stuck to - but if those parts are compatible acetone dissolves cyanoacrylate based adhesives quite readily.

CA Glue has proper release agent .. but be careful of where you use it.

Sensitive skin areas - its recc'd to use warmest water and blunt blade like a spoon etc to ease the two apart. Time and patience.
