Cash positive from day 1 as the finance costs are less than the reduction in bills. ROI of about 4.5 years at current rates. Had we had it for 2022, as was originally planed before Covid delayed it, it would have paid for itself in 9 months.…but how much did your solar farm cost, and how many years before you start breaking even?
