As the owner has still been a berk and only did the decent thing under pressure - while not seeming to care about risk or inconvenience to other boat owners - I still like Zagato's idea of a caravan in his driveway with the axle off !

You could get free publicity for when you sell it ---something like " as noticed on local coastguard reports
Nearly as good as " as seen on TV"
