That's right we are just outside Alness. A 20 mile / half hour journey to get to the boat at Avoch.

Yes we like Scotland, especially in the summer time anyway we have just sold one in Inverness recently.

good luck with the house sale, I reckon a sassenach baby-boomer will snap it up, looking for a sea change.
