Suitable cleaner for green mould on rib tubes?

I'd like to clean off a few years worth of green slime/mould that has accumulated on the underside of my rib tubes. Any thoughts on a suitable cleaner available off the supermarket shelf? The tubes are Hypalon.

I don't see why Patio Magic, Boracol, or one of their clones shouldn't work fine, as on wood or canvas. Wet the surface and then leave for rain to wash off or wash off after some days.

Have you tried ordinary soap/detergent and a soft-ish brush?

Soap and water won’t touch it. I think it needs something a bit more potent.
