Yes, we use them all the time for Santana, as we did for our previous boat. We have been happy with all aspects, i.e. sail-making, sail repairs, winter clean/inspect, and canvas work. Simon is pretty customer focussed - a bit of a change from the old regime.

Were fine when everything was done correctly. No customer service when it went wrong. No longer use them.

Simon's a top bloke....always done a good job for us and we have a few winter jobs for him this year!!

I am afraid I found that. I can appreciate that some jobs are an estimate but mine was cleaning and new strip which must be standard jobs. Nearly twice the hurried estimate. Otherwise work was first class. Done over winter so no hurry. I would recommend however.

Yes, unfortunately I had that experience too, so I don't use them now.
