A good penetrating release oil such as Plus Gas if its just the key part that's stuck

Otherwise see Furneaux Riddall for a replacement

Replace with a switch. I'm just about to do this job on my new to me boat. I hate boat ignition keys, horribly fragile, provide no real security, etc.

It's a bit complicated, a three position switch with connection to the glowplugs. It has at least five wires going to it.

This is a pattern part for the Kubota part if you want a quick replacement that you know will fit but if you Google the part number you'll find a genuine Kubota part for about £50

The one that you show in your link must be the same as the one fitted to my boat, as the key is exactly the same. Thanks for that ?
