Donald, Give it time,it's subliminal messaging.Watch if for 5 minutes and then in about 3 hours time you will have an uncontrollable urge to eat mushrooms.

Got it! The reference to "mushroom" is to keep David Blunkett off the case, they are actually hallucogenic toadstools, the badgers have over dosed and in their spaced out condition are performing a ritual dance until they have worn off all the grass, there is a global warming and it all becomes desert fit only for snakes?

Or did I miss something?

Just received this

while sitting, lift your right foot and begin oscillating clockwise the lower part of the leg, sort of describing circles with the foot

while doing this, with your right hand try drawing a 6 in the air, beginning up from the tip of the figure and coming downward (the lower circle of the 6 is drawn last)

magic magic, the foot will begin turning anticlockwise
