Water-bike test driver killed by duck in freak accident

A man test-driving a water bike was killed when a duck
apparently flew into his face and knocked him into the water,
investigators said Monday.

Leon Resnick, 31, of Hollywood, was going about 55 mph on
a lake near Deerfield Beach when a 10- to 15-pound
Muscovy duck struck him, the Broward Sheriff's Office said

Wow - East London Advertister, now that takes me back. I was born in the London Hospital Whitechapel (a true cockney) and spent my childhood and teenage years in Bow, Mile End and Hackney.

kids also in whitechapel - true def'tn of a cockney ain't i dorlin' ? But they spent formative years in a boat show, a car seat, an airport, and later moved to be nearer a television set.
