Straightening bent teak slats

I have two approx 40 year old teak slats from a cockpit grating. Approx 25 mm thick and straight grained. Looks like they have had a very heavy object pressing on them for a long time as they are badly warped. All the rest of the slats from the grsting are straight. They are currently soaked in water and sitting under heavy weights. Does anyone have any experience bending teak back to shape.

If you still go with the wet and weights .... then you need to bend the slats the opposite to the warp.
